Discuss Homeowner Letter/Petition - Possible Legal Counsel Needed A Special Meeting was called by the HOA Board President concerning a letter addressed to the Board, signed by five home owners, requesting to rescind the Association's request to comply with the 2-year expired grace period to become compliant with the gravel road barrier that was voted & approved by the HOA in 2014.

The Board of Directors discussed the following:

* March 6, 2014 - Fox Hill Home Owner Association (HOA) voted to allow homeowners two (2) years to meet the requirement concerning the gravel barrier adjacent to the roadway is met by all homeowners. A review of the Annual Meeting Minutes for 2014 confirmed this vote by the Association.

 * May 18, 2016 - An email was sent out to all Fox Hill Homeowners from the Board reminding them of the "expired" two year grace period and to encourage all those who were not in compliance to do so. There were a couple of homeowners that responded to this email with concerns about the Association's decision to make all homeowners compliant and felt that there were several other issues in the green belt that needed to be addressed as well. There were also some homeowners that spoke to the President directly and said that they were going to be making their lot compliant.

* July 1, 2016 - Letters of Non-Compliance were sent out to 9 homeowners stating that the Board was giving them until Sept. 1, 2016 to be in compliance with the gravel barrier to the road.

* Week of July 4, 2016 - The HOA Board President received a letter addressed to the Board, signed by five home owners, requesting to rescind the Association's request to comply with the 2-year expired grace period to become compliant with the gravel road barrier that was voted & approved by the HOA in 2014. This letter raised several questions and concerns with the Board regarding their responsibility to represent the Association:

1. Engineering Study Recommendations
2. Ownership & Easement rights of Association
3. Original Annual Meeting Proposal, Vote, & Meeting Minutes
4. Board of Director Responsibilities

 The board discussed, motioned and approved obtaining legal counsel to determine applicable courses of action concerning the gravel barrier to the road. Ann's Action Item: Coordinate meeting with legal counsel to discuss the following:

1. Review "Engineering Study" with legal counsel;
2. Determine ownership & easement rights based on legal counsel;
3. Review original 2014 proposal, vote, & meeting minutes with legal counsel;
